Our products have a long shelf life thanks to vacuum packaging, and each package displays the expiry date. Once opened, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator at between 0°C and +4°C and consuming them within a few days.

All products sold in our online shop are shipped in temperature-controlled boxes to guarantee the freshness and quality of the product all the way to your door. The cured meats are carefully packed inside thermal bags with synthetic food-grade gel, or using insulated packaging systems that maintain the correct temperature throughout transport. Shipments leave from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend storage delays.

Arrange the cured shoulder, guanciale and salami, sliced thinly and slightly overlapping, on a large cutting board to create a neat and inviting effect.
Place the artichokes and oil-packed peppers nearby, well drained, alternating them with the Tuscan giardiniera skewers to add color and variety to the board.
Lightly toast the bread slices, rub them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and prepare the bruschetta with the Carciofina and Pomidorotta pâtés.
Finish with a sprinkle of dried oregano and, if desired, a pinch of salt; bring the board to the table right away with the bruschetta still warm.
