An original and quick appetizer that combines the savory flavor of prosciutto crudo with the creaminess of Robiola and the sweetness of peach, finished with a delicate note of honey.
Wash the peach, dry it, remove the pit, and cut it into thin, even slices.
Arrange the prosciutto crudo slices on a work surface and spread some of the Robiola on each one.
Place a peach slice in the center of each prosciutto slice, then gently roll them up to form rolls.
Heat a non-stick pan and brown the rolls for a few minutes on each side, until lightly golden.
Serve the rolls while still hot, drizzling them with honey just before serving.
Non-stick pan
Consume immediately after preparation and serve hot. If necessary, store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in an airtight container, without adding the honey until serving.
For a balanced result, choose a firm, not overly ripe peach. The honey can be drizzled directly over the rolls or served separately so that each diner can add the desired amount.
