
Quick bread/focaccia recipe with no need for long rising, suggested as an accompaniment to artisanal salami. It takes about 5 minutes to mix and a few minutes to bake, using simple ingredients.
In a bowl, combine the flour with the instant yeast for savory bakes and the salt.
Add the water and extra-virgin olive oil and mix quickly until you get a smooth dough.
Shape into a loaf or small flatbreads and place them on a lightly oiled baking tray or one lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 8–12 minutes, or until the surface is golden and cooked through in the center.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving with artisanal salami or other cured meats.
