All products sold in our online shop are shipped in temperature-controlled boxes to guarantee the freshness and quality of the product all the way to your door. The cured meats are carefully packed inside thermal bags with synthetic food-grade gel, or using insulated packaging systems that maintain the correct temperature throughout transport. Shipments leave from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend storage delays.

Step 1 of 7: Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
Step 2 of 7: Parboil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain them.
Step 3 of 7: Season the potatoes with salt, oil, pepper and herbs to taste.
Step 4 of 7: Roll out the puff pastry in a baking tray and prick the base with a fork.
Step 5 of 7: Arrange the cheese slices on the base first, then the pancetta and finally the potato cubes.
Step 6 of 7: Finish with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil.
Step 7 of 7: Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
