Tuscan Vegetable Skewers are a special format of Tuscan giardiniera: mixed vegetables threaded onto a skewer, ready to use for aperitifs and appetizers. Each skewer combines peppers, zucchini, carrots, fennel, cauliflower and pearl onions into a single colorful bite. The vegetables are processed separately to respect the characteristics of each one: each follows a specific treatment and dedicated acidification, either hot or cold depending on the product's texture. This differentiated processing allows each vegetable to retain its crunchiness in the jar. The raw materials come from Italian suppliers, with Tuscan selection when seasonality allows.

Yes, all our cured meats are produced in Tuscany, using only Italian meat and following traditional artisanal methods.
Our products have a long shelf life thanks to vacuum sealing, and each package shows the expiry date. Once opened, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator between 0°C and +4°C and consuming them within a few days.

All products sold in our online shop are shipped in temperature-controlled boxes to ensure the freshness and quality of the product until delivery to your home. The cured meats are carefully packed inside thermal bags with synthetic food-grade gel, or using insulating packaging systems that maintain the correct temperature throughout transport. Shipments depart from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend storage.
