Mortadella del Poggetto is an artisanal mortadella whose recipe is inspired by Mortadella di Prato IGP, with a customization of the ingredients. Made with 100% Italian pork in our plant in Poggio a Caiano, Tuscany, with slow cooking in water for 4 hours and manual processing. The result is a cooked cured meat with an unmistakable aroma, with visible cubes of fat and peppercorns when sliced. It is a pistachio-free mortadella, flavored with granular garlic, white pepper powder and peppercorns. Thinly sliced Mortadella del Poggetto is perfect for sandwiches, appetizers and platters, served with bread and cheese. The vacuum packaging preserves aroma and freshness until slicing. Format: vacuum-packed slice, weight approx. 500 g.
