Shipping

All products sold in our online shop are shipped in temperature-controlled boxes to guarantee the freshness and quality of the product right to your home.

Our cured meats are carefully packed inside thermal bags with synthetic food-grade gel, or through insulating packaging systems, which maintain the correct temperature throughout transit.

Shipping in Italy

We ship throughout Italy.

Delivery Times:

After payment is received, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, up to a maximum of 7 days for Calabria, Sardinia, and Sicily.

Orders received from Thursday to Sunday (or on holidays) will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery times may vary during seasonal peaks (such as holidays) or in case of courier strikes.

For Calabria, Sardinia, and Sicily:

Shipping within Europe (EU Countries)

In addition to Italy, we also ship to the main countries within the European Union, excluding at present Cyprus, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

All shipments are tracked and temperature-controlled, using thermal packaging suitable for transporting food products, in compliance with EU food safety regulations.

Delivery Times
Once payment is received, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 working days, depending on the destination country.
As with domestic orders, those placed from Thursday to Sunday or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day
