1. How are your products shipped?
All products sold on our online shop are shipped in temperature-controlled boxes to ensure the freshness and quality of the product right to your doorstep. Our cured meats are carefully packed inside thermal bags with synthetic food-grade gel packs, or with insulating packaging systems that maintain the correct temperature throughout transit. Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

2. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship throughout Italy, including islands and Calabria, as well as to major countries within the European Union.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight. The exact cost is shown at checkout. Special offers may include free shipping above a certain order amount.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
In Italy, delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days, and up to 7 days for Calabria, Sardinia, and Sicily.
For international orders, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination. Orders received between Thursday and Sunday (or on public holidays) will be processed the next available business day.

4. Can I purchase without registering?
Yes, you can complete your order as a guest. However, by registering, you can track your orders and save your information for future purchases.

Our products have a long shelf life thanks to vacuum packaging. Each package includes an expiration date. Once opened, we recommend storing the products in the refrigerator between 0°C and +4°C and consuming them within a few days.

8. Do you offer gluten-free and lactose-free products?
Yes, all our cured meats are gluten-free and lactose-free. For any specific needs, you can check the product label or contact us directly.

9. Can I return purchased products?
Since these are perishable food products, returns are generally not accepted unless there are defects or issues. Please consult our Refund Policy for full details.
